A very, VERY outdated and redundant update.

Welp, after... What? February, now's June, so... that's four months huh?

I seriously have to get more to updating this blog then...

Anyways, three main things to update here. More potential stuff as well.

First up, I have finally finished my studies. You read that as 'he's finally done with his subjects. Yay!'
yep. I finally finished three years of studies after another four years in engineering. was it worth it? i don't know. I won't necessarily be a worse off person if I weren't in this university, but then i can't say that i haven't improved here either. I met many new people, some of them i'll gladly jump into a fire for, others i'd kick INTO the fire. You did not see that. I have gained much wisdom from the people i interacted with, become more patient, and in the long run, perhaps everything isn't as bad as they could be.
Will I miss Uni? This is split down the middle. I will of course miss the crappy computers, who have become like an extension of myself, among other stuff. But on the flip side, there has been a huge amount of negative crap way worse than crap that I will forever associate with this place. But I will say that the positives have been more than the negatives.
my results? heheh. well, if you guys remember, i was taking the final year project, which was optional to my batch. lucky me, a very supportive supervisor, coupled with cooperative external data sources (Respondents) and an interesting topic, and I managed to squeeze out a double A- (For part 1 and part 2). For other subjects? well, lets just say that i managed to keep everything above a 3.33 average.  you have my permission to toss some confetti.

Second up, I am also getting a job soon. The job offers were from the hospital I was training in (Which I think I mentioned once in the old blog), where the hospital was keen on my joining them. So, a fresh graduate level pay (RM1800-ish + benefits), a decent and honest job in my home state (Yeah, i'm a homesick puppy), and i think i'm doing okay there.

Thirdly, and most importantly, I have finally managed to get myself a girlfriend. (DUN DUN DUNNNNNNN!!!)
No. Seriously. Though I think that this will take some explaining, so I'm saving this one for the next blog. And extrapolating from the previous blog's huge time gap with this one, you can safely come back once every four months, mayyyyyyyybe less. Not promising anything.

Gunpla Updates: HAHAHAHA.
Just kidding. i've finished Freedom (RG), Crossbones Fullcloth (MG) and i'm currently working on the RG Aile Strike. Next up is the Wing Gundam (Ver. Ka MG), and i've got the Justice RG waiting in line as well.
Also, expecting the Delta Kai and the Nu Gundam Ver. Ka some time later. These last two are pure beasts of beauty.

Umbraxes out.
It's good to be back.

BACK AT LAST

Sorry for the long disappearance folks. Been very busy the past few months. Depending on where my mind wanders, I may or may not rant in today's blog.

Anyway, the past semester contained seven subjects: one final year project, two core subjects, one language subject, one Co-curricular class (Psst! It's theater acting! I will might add a brief summary of it. Also, I almost acted.) and two interruptions (Business Law and Psychology). Results are impending, but rest assured, I've got confidence in my attempts at the finals (barring the final year project), assuming your definition of confidence is Not Failing.

However, what I'd like to point out here is several things regarding the seven subjects. In the case of three of the subjects (Core 1, Core 2 and Business Law), there was a heavy level of dependence on me, despite my mentioning that I was taking 7 subjects including one FYP. Like they gave two hoots about what difficulty i was facing. So long as they got good results and they didn't have to work their (Biological seating apparatus') for the results, they were perfectly fine with getting me to slave my arse away.
Case point? Core 1 was a case study subject. that means that every week, there would be at least one case study to work on. Two of the members had 4 subjects only, yet they depended on me left and right, giving me less than mediocre work with the excuse that they were busy and yet pursuing political agendas right in front of me, while the group leader, somehow managing to register for only one subject, was still less than cooperative (late, downright lousy work and being absent to many classes simply because she's ditzy). The only dependable guy in the group was himself busy being group leader himself.

Ranting already? yeah. i do that a lot...

Well, other stuff include my Freedom Gundam (Real Grade) being completed. it's unlikely I'll upload any pics. And on a side note, while I enjoyed working on Freedom, I still liked Aile Strike as an RG better. Maybe it's that first time thing... But anyway, the next item in the list is the Sky Grasper (RG). I'll say that i've been looking forward to the addition kit for the RG Strike Gundam for a long time now.

Also, for people in the know, what do I think of the new RG Destiny Gundam? well, i'm split on this one. I love the Destiny's design, but at the same time, the lack of shelf space and time would mean that i'll have to put this on hold. Plus, Shinn's a whiny brat. Hoping for an Infinite Justice RG though.

Umbraxes out.

PS: Next semester will be my final semester, so please be patient with me as i rant the final stretch.

welp, here i am. finally on blogger.

i hope to be able to be more active once i am here. but given my current schedule, that is highly unlikely. still, i will do the best i can to update this site ever so often.

and it is highly unlikely that i'll be able to upload anything from multiply here. i just lack the time...
sorry bout that.
